TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In accepting Shipment, customer agrees to the following:

DaddysTie.com shall not be held liable for failure to deliver goods or delays in delivery of goods for causes beyond our control. Causes beyond our control include but are not limited to strikes, computer malfunctions, lockouts, fires, embargoes, war or other outbreaks of hostilities, acts of God, inability to obtain shipping space, machinery breakdowns, delays on the part of carriers or suppliers, and government acts of regulations.

All Prices, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Customer accepts terms and conditions stated on our invoice.

Claims must be made on receipt of goods. No goods shall be accepted or allowances made after being used, damaged, or otherwise not salable.

DaddysTie.com reserves the right to limit quantities on goods when shortages occur or alter quantities sold to comply with bundle or unit counts on merchandise.

DaddysTie.com will continue its commitment to quality merchandise and excellent service.

RETURNS
Returned merchandise will only be accepted if returned within 14 days with our permission, accompanied by invoice number, and date of purchase. Merchandise must be received back to our warehouse in an undamaged, unused, and 100% salable condition. Returned merchandise is subject to shipping and/or handling charges.
